Ask polite..i will help u as i can do. How do you feel if someone ask u to help politely but at the end of shift, they would say something that u are not be.. how do you feel like???? regret????
I able to keep myself on the board but i have to control my self. I need to get some knowledge to bring up.
So, i will prepared my plan and protect my job.!
People with qualified will show they certificate.
People with knowledge will stop speak more but they will kept silence and think the great idea to bring up only.
People with an idea will speak when they needed!
