Normally the word is my father my hero. Am I right?
For me, my boss is my lecture. He though me how to be the best worker. He though me how to appreciated our staffs. Besides Head of Department, he only one the best HOD ever.
Although i am not the best staff but he still haven't stop teaching me. I was learnt thousands word from him, thousands time has been teacher and he never stop giving me supported.
Because of the English language problem, i having struggle to speaks. He chosen me to learn English. I am very Happy.. Thank You very much Mr S.T! You are the best boss i ever had.
I believed that my English will be improve.
Thanks for given me knowledge about life & work. I am struggling to facing anybody that couldn't speak Malay, but now..I had been a lot of confident to speak more.
Sometimes i was wrong when i saw other associated never scold by boss. Why only me?
I understand just now..why a father scold their children, because the father want to see us graduated with highly qualified..:-)
